Cold evenings, so still and serene,
A peacefulness, that can hardly be seen,
The air is crisp, with a chilly touch,
As the day fades away, and the night takes much.
The stars twinkle, in a frosty sky,
As the moon shines, with a silvery eye,
The world is quiet, with a whisper so low,
As we cozy up, and watch the snow.
The fire crackles, with a warm embrace,
As we sip on tea, and enjoy this space,
The blankets wrap us, in a snug delight,
As we cuddle up, and forget the night.
The sound of silence, a beautiful song,
As we listen intently, to where it belongs,
The trees sway, with a gentle sigh,
As we breathe in deep, and let out a cry.
The cold evenings, a time to reflect,
On life's many wonders, and to introspect,
A moment to cherish, and hold so dear,
As we embrace the chill, with a joyous cheer.
